SHARE YOUR ESSAY IN FIVE SIMPLE STEPS
It’s always fun to browse our website but what’s even more exciting is participating yourself. We’ve designed the online form to make it easy to add an essay for your favorite teacher, advisor or coach. In fact, all it takes is five simple steps.
Step 1: Choose a teacher First, choose the teacher—or teachers—you want to thank. You can single out one person or you can send essay to multiple people. You’ll follow the same steps for high school essay writing each time.
Step 2: Say thank you Just choose the essay headline you wish to use from the dropdown menu on the Send a form. Then, type in a brief message of appreciation. Remember, you’ll need to keep your message to 75 characters or less.
Step 3: Share a story In the next text box, you can type in your essay story. What makes this teacher special? What messages or memories would you like to share? You have up to 500 characters to bring your thoughts to life.
Step 4: Add a picture Once you’ve written your essay, you have the option to upload a picture—whether it’s a drawing, artwork or a photo that you made or took yourself. You can upload the image from either your computer or from your Facebook page as long as it’s under 2MB.
Step 5: Hit Submit! Assuming you’ve correctly entered the required fields of information on the entry form, you’re ready to submit your essay. Keep in mind that every essay is reviewed prior to posting to ensure all messages are appropriate for the community. You’ll get an email that lets you know when your essay is live.
